| The Parabellum Sport Touring shield for the Triumph Scrambler is made from D.O.T. approved 5mm (3/16 inch) thick cast military aircraft grade acrylic, specified for optical clarity. The windshield is designed with a smooth shape to guide the air quietly over the top of your helmet. The top stainless steel struts mount to the handlebar clamps and the bottom mounts attach to the headlight bolts. The Sport Touring shield is 18 1/2 inches wide and comes in 3 different heights. Heights the lengths of plastic measured from the top of the headlight to the top of the shield. Windshield height is critical in getting the wind quietly over your helmet. The rider wants to barely look over the top of the shield, by about 1-1 1/2 inches when the bike is off the center or side stand. |
